What it is
Silverine is the consulting and professional services arm of New Dominion. We build custom software, advise on platform architecture, and embed with teams shipping AI-assisted products. The practice is small by design — senior operators only, no juniors billed at staff rates.
Why it exists
Most consultancies optimize for headcount and utilization. Silverine optimizes for the quality of the eventual product. We started it because we kept being asked to help teams that needed builders, not slide decks.
It also gives New Dominion a working surface — a place to keep our hands in real codebases and real customer problems while we build the rest of the portfolio.
