We hire slowly, and rarely.

The teams inside New Dominion are small on purpose. A handful of people can do remarkable work when nobody is shielded from the customer, the codebase, or the consequences of a decision.

That means we hire deliberately. We pay well, we move at a sustainable pace, and we expect everyone to ship work they are proud of without needing a manager to chase it. No hero culture, no overnight rebuilds, no theatre.

We are based in Alabama and remote-friendly across the United States. We prefer to meet our colleagues in person now and again, but we do not require it to start.
